But the team at Stratton wanted to bring a refreshed mountain chic vibe to the venue while maintaining its beloved New England farmhouse charm. In addition to doubling the seating capacity and promoting an airy feel. We expanded the bar including a signature custom-cast concrete top and infused the space with raw and organic materials like corrugated steel paneling and rough-cut oak.
